Nuearthbound
A downloadable blender shader
Nuearthbound is a small blender shader aiming to replicate Earthbound's battle backgrounds.
It works as a single node distorting a UV channel, making it usable for surfaces and other tricky effects!
Should support Blender v2.8 and above.
Palette cycling is provided as a separate example.
